Can't pay my bill and can't get through on phone

Hello, I am new here, this is my first post. I have been trying for hours to get through but i keep getting told they can't take my call.
This seems to the the only way I might get an answer! I am unable to pay my bill and my services are going to be cut off. I received an email telling me I should pay it within 4 days and I am not going to be able to do that. The email says to get in touch on the customer service number if you are having trouble paying because of Coronavirus, but then every option I try is a dead end. I can dins an email address...
Does anyone have an advice I am self-isolating and terrified of being cut off.
