Can't pay final invoice by phone OR website

Have had my final invoice and apparently I owe £39.54.
Have tried calling the numbers on the letter to make the payment but that option is no longer available. Followed the instructions to pay online only to find that the address does not work.
Please let me know how I may proceed

Have you tried contacting Customer Services to make the payment? You should get through to them on 0800 432 0200.
