Can’t pay bill
Anyone else having trouble paying bill online. Last few months it’s telling me to contact customer service so when I do they can’t take payment till absolute last minute when I’m being threatened to be cut off. Cost me £35 on top of my phone bill ringing them so much! No one knows why this is happening when I speak to them
