Hi Plusnet
I'd like to pay my bill but I can't due to restrictions.
short story:
I built a new computer
Ryzen 2600
Bazooka V2 mobo
16 GB ram
not working, I think I was sold a broken/returned mobo
no signal on monitor, and ez debug light is bright white?
my PC that I'm on now died last week, I tried everything to get it working, but no luck
so this evening, I thought I'd give it one last try, before I chucked it in the bin, and low and behold, it booted up.
There is a Computer GOD.
So Happy [hope it dosn't die again, just as I typed that]

This website is a joke, can't even edit my post.
And once again, whilst restricted, I can't even access my account to pay my bill, I've been here a year now and nothing has changed, get your finger out, and sort it out, it's like I'm living in a third world country.

I am sorry for the issues you have had with making payment and the account being restricted. I've raised a request off to the relevant department to have these restrictions lifted, this will be picked up shortly and actioned.
