Last month I was over charged and given a refund. This month I was under charged and then sent an email saying that I need to pay the balance. When I click on the link to pay the balance that goes to https://www.plus.net/ I get a message saying that the site cannot be reached.
Do I really need to pay the balance manually or can the balance be paid by direct debit?
I would appreciate someone from Plusnet looking into this for me. I have had a lot of problems with my account recently!
