After  I paid I reset my router, and i'm restriced again, my fault.

If you were initially advised on-screen that your payment has been accepted but are now still being asked to make a payment, it sounds like this may be due to a splash screen that is appearing in error. I would suggest firstly clearing your browser history and cookies, or using a different browser to see whether this rectifies the issue.
