Can't make package changes.

My billing was working fine until I tried to re-contract with PlusNet. (Roughly a month ago). Now I can’t make any changes to my account/services.
We cancelled our TV service and would like to get the BT Sport App for £5 a month, but that’s not possible.
This must be costing them a fortune!

Thanks for highlighting this. I can see that you've spoken to my colleague who has raised a ticket for you here. As soon as this is resolved, my colleague will be in touch accordingly.
