Hi,
I have just joined Plusnet from TalkTalk but am already having problems
For some reason the first direct debit payment wasn't taken, due Monday, today I got a message to say I needed to pay so I tried, but because I have an active DD set up the system will not allow me to pay by debit card.
The Customer Support phone line is out of order so I can't make a payment at all. What am I supposed to do?

Wait for a rep to arrive in the morning - assuming they can get through the snow.

Hi bbsgirl,
because the payment is in the process of being collected so will either be paid or fail. If it does fail then we can process a card payment instead.
