Looks like there was a problem this morning with a couple of our back end portal servers. It will have stopped you logging into the portal (and would have stopped support staff logging into our internal CRM systems). It wasn't planned but should be fixed now.

Really sorry about this. We're having a few problems with our internal systems which is having an impact on our Website/Member Centre. We're having this investigated as we speak. Please bear with us whilst we get things sorted out for you.
Actually, it's not just slow. I tried to use the Broadband Problem Checker and it says: "There's been a problem Please try using the Broadband Troubleshooter again in a short while. If you continue to have problems please contact our Support Team for help"
Hi all, We're aware that the Member Centre and some parts of are website are very slow. Our engineers are currently working on this issue. I'm really sorry if this is causing you any problems. Please try again in an hour or so. I'll post back here once we have resolved the issue.
Chris - really appreciate your response - but if you are aware that there is a problem, for an ITIL outfit like you, that should be showing on the Service Status page shouldn't it?
No problem at all. We're getting a Service Status updated as we speak, sorry for the delay with that. You should still be able to get access to your Member Centre in the meantime, albeit slower than normal. Sorry about this.
