Service has been restricted 2 days after failed direct debit, instead of 14 days like the email I was sent. Can't sign in to my account in order to be able to pay my bill. Keep getting directed to a web error page that cant connect. Can any one help, I thought I would get a 14 day grace period not 2 days!
