Can't log into my account

Hi, I've been trying to log into my account in the member centre but it wont let me, I know my username and password are right so I don't understand whats happening. Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear you're having problems logging into your account.

Do you experience the same problem using a different web browser to what you normally use?

Yes the same thing happens when I use google chrome or firefox.

That's odd, is the username you're using the one you've provided in your forum profile?

You wouldn't login to your account using your full email address.

Any emails we've sent you should have your username at the top.

(P.S. I'd recommend editing your post to remove your email from a public forum)

Well then I have forgotten my User name. Which means I can't log in to get it.

I think a phone call would be the quickest way to get the username to you following a few account security checks. 

I've just tried calling but no one picked up. Please let me know if there's a good time for me to call you before 7.30pm today.

I'm not home until about 6pm. Any time after that should be fine.
