Can't log in to pay my bill.

Hi,

I have been attempting to pay my broadband bill this afternoon but every time I attempt to log in to the website, I am met with a connection timeout issue.

Could you please look into this matter so that I may resolve my bill?

The linked problem seems to be the exact same one I am having. Not sure whether it's the same as Jared's or not, as I wouldn't describe mine as a "timeout". It's made clear that access is blocked. But the circumstances and net result are the same: one failed payment, and sanctions applied instantly. The link in the failed payment notification email doesn't work, and you can't navigate to your account manually to sort it out!
