Can't log in to my +net account

I am entering my correct name and correct password, I've tried many times, and got the email reminder to double check.  I can't log in though, I want to check my usage.
How can I get a new password or otherwise get this sorted to log in?

Hi ISPsyunogood,
Have you tried deleting your cookies within your Web Browser? as this can sometimes cause a few problems logging into the Member Centre.

If you are receiving e-mails from PN, following the the password recovery procedure is the quickest way to verify you are using the right password.  You need to make sure your browser is accepting cookies too.
