Can't get in to my new account

Hi on Friday 25 April was connect up by openreach and new router arrived for my new broadband service  at a differnet address and its working great, excellent service thank you all. But when I try to view my new account and put in the username and password it says wrong username is definaly right as on various Plusnet docments etc ,so I  changed the password via the Plusnet system but still says wrong, so question is when does the new account become live, is there an issue with account set ups due to the current situation or....? Help please!

(By the way I do have another account for my long standing address but can't see how this affects as signed up for completly new account)
