Can't enable static IP

My FTTP has gone live but I can't seem to enable static IP in the 'Add-ons' page.

Current Status :  You are currently using a dynamic IP address
 

 

Clicking Activate button does nothing - just returns back to showing the same thing.

I paid the £5 before it all went live.

Any advice? I've reset the router, and my current IP is 80.189.xxx.xxx

@DavePrince the online automated static IP process seems broken on many accounts.

I'm sure one of the Plusnet staff will be along shortly to process it manually.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Hi @DavePrince 

That should be sorted for you now

If you reboot your router you'll pick the new IP address up

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
