I have been unsuccessfully trying to contact Billing for a month and finally find this forum. I have three issues:
1 - an exorbitant bill for last month
2. Change isn service to unlimited mobile also resulted in the 100 minute mobile continuing and my international 300 being removed. I am concerned that I will be charged unfairly for thir mistake
3. Service has becomne very unreliable with frequent drop outs
If we can't ring or email them what do we do?
