My bill was generated 8th May however I had been billed for international calls although I have the 300 min int add on. This was rectified over the phone and my account credited. I also requested a payment date of the 15th which was agreed upon.
Couple of things, reminder emails state services could be restricted 10 days after invoice date if not paid, however my services to random connections became restricted 3 days after invoice date.
I was advised to wait a couple of days before making payment so the billing error can be rectified. Two days later certain domains become unreachable, however the domain I really need to connect to (plus.net) is unreachable (again)... Here is the traceroute.
