I received the notification of price changes back in February and logged into my account to review my options. It gave me an error message saying I couldn't change my products becuase I already had a product change in progress. This seemed odd, since I haven't tried changing my products for probably years now. I assumed it was a glitch, but it's still showing up months later. How can this be fixed?

I'm really sorry for the issues with your account that's stopping you from renewing.
From what I can see the product change to fibre is stuck even though the upgrade had gone through with our suppliers. I've pushed that through our end now so you should be able to review your products.
