Can't call, can someone from PlusNet PLEASE help?

I can't call you and you have zero other contact options which... I'm sorry but as far as accessibility goes, I don't see how that's legal. I'm sure spam is a problem but you don't even live chat or a support ticket system????? That's... wild. I'm moving home and you're asking me to call you - I literally can't as I'm PAYG and I simply cannot afford the credit to sit on hold for 1 million years. Can someone help? Can you call me? Please?

Fix

@millienet Try using the 0800 432 0200 number, which is free for you to use.

That is a tad of an exaggeration.  Have you tried to see what the times actually are, or are you just presuming that they will be protracted?

You might try the faults bot route - Text HELP to 07800008121 - then when it gets cracking text ADVISOR to request a call back.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Hi there, thanks for your reply. 20 minutes (the waiting time they gave, no I was not just making assumptions) = all of my credit. Thankfully another user provided the free number. When the only support option is a phone line that EVERYONE is trying to use, you're going to get a backlog. Providing an alternative pathway is just common sense.

Different number, same call queue.

Using the bot queues you for a call back.

Assumed it may be the same call queue, @Townman , but the 0800 number is free for the caller, the 0330 one incurs a charge.
