Got an email today to say my payment failed but when I try to access the site so I can pay my bill it won't load. Same thing happens when loading the restrictions redirect page. This has been a problem for a while now but I usually switch to mobile data to bypass the restrictions and pay the bill, but I am out data so can't do it this time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I'm sorry you've had some trouble with making payment over the website. I've now removed the erroneous restrictions from the account - you should be able to make payment online now. If not please call our Customer Support team on 0800 432 0200.
