Can't access the member centre due to "failed payment" even though there isn't one

I have spoken to quite a few people at Plusnet about this over the phone in the last few weeks but the issue is still very definitely there at a time when I really need to be able to access the member centre.  The last person I spoke to assured me that this would be handed over to a team who would "have this fixed by 8pm that day"....nope, still not working the best part of a week later. I am working full time and it is becoming increasing difficult to justify having to spend 20-40 minutes on the phone trying to get through and then explaining this each time. Please can someone help!
