I rang 0330 1239 123 on Sunday to change the details for my DD. I was told that because it was between the bill being issued and money being taken it might cause a problem, although looking in my account it says payment has been received, I received a email about a open question, but now can't seem to find any questions? I printed and deleted the original email so can't access it.
Any help would be great, thanks!
Fixed! Go to the fix.
