Thanks.  I've also had a phone call here at the office from one of your ladies, she's raised a credit note on the account which has cleared the account down to zero.  It should have left me due a £2.40 refund but if I understood correctly she's sorting that out as well.

Thanks for the update aesmith we still need some intervention from billing tomorrow but we've raised that at the highest possible level so I don't expect any further delay to resolving this then.

Cheque for the unused line rental received today.  No further chasing emails of texts received either.  Assuming the cheque clears (that's a joke by the way) then this should be the end of my dealings with Plusnet.

Many thanks to the lady who called me in response to my email to the CEO (I'm not sure if I'm allowed to name her), and to the staff here on the forum who have also tried to prod the accounts people.
