Can someone please close my Plusnet account?

Hi

Can someone PLEASE close my Plusnet account?  Services migrated to TalkTalk on 02/01/2018 but account is still open and I'm getting emails/text messages re: direct debit/add debit card.  I've phoned and a ticket was raised but it's still open.

Sorry to see we're still trying to bill you after moving your services to your new provider.

In line with your previous self referral for breaking OFCOM rules which resulted in you being given a substantial fine, have you notified OFCOM that in spite of the assurances given you are still offending by billing people after they have left?
