Hello Chris,
Please look at this ticket again where I have replied.
As I communicated the original problem over the phone, I have restated it in my reply.
I need SOMEBODY to check the tagging of my telephone line to ensure that the calls are NOT routed to 24Talk and accumulating a bill. That is what they are saying - "It must be Plusnet's tagging that is wrong". Please can I haved definitive evidence to quote to them !
Alternatively, could you talk to 24Talk about them problem (same company now !!!!)

We are receiving your call data (Plusnet), you can see this under 'Recent Calls' on your phone control panel. Only 1 company can 'own' your phone line and therefore bill you for calls - the only exception is where someone uses CPS (Carrier Pre-Select). But as we're billing you for line rental & calls, this doesn't seem to be the case.

24Talk DID mention CPS in one converstaion that I had with them.
I'll delay any contact with 24Talk until I hear from you.
However, I am owed some money for Sept / Oct calls charged to me by 24Talk (I am on unlimited with Plusnet so pay nothing) How do I go about getting repayment from the 24Talk/Plusnet combination of companies ?
