Hello,
I signed up to Fibre and later rang up to give my MAC number and at the same time booked my BT visit date (11/3/13) However nothing has changed or been confirmed on the members area or through e-mail.
Could anybody check to see everything is proceeding as it should as i still haven't received the modem and its not shown as dispatched on the account area.

Firstly welcome to our community forums.
I've checked over your order and you're booked in for the 11th still. You'll receive your router a couple of days prior to your install.
Let me know how your install goes.
