Take a look here...  https://portal.plus.net/my.html?s=0&action=account_summary
Unless you're on Fibre,  you'll be on a 10 day notice period. The main thing to check is defferred items (.e.g  activation, router)  which haven't expired yet.

You would if you cancel the line but a move to another supplier via the migration route wouldn't

Re: Can somebdy tell me where.....

I have 2 charges showing on cancellation £25 deferred set up and £25 cessation charge now as I understood it the cessation would be charged if I didn't move my bb to another provider? I'm confused, I can't see anywhere where it states how long I need to have my contract for, I'm only 3 days off of a year, so if its only a year I want to change providers.

Re: Can somebdy tell me where.....

After 3 days (or perhaps 4) the deferred setup will drop off.
When you signed up you were advised that taking deferred setup would take 12 months to drop off. As far as I know the only place that you would see this now is in the Terms and Conditions as there isn't anywhere that the drop off date is shown dynamically

Re: Can somebdy tell me where.....

Hi,
Your deferred setup and hardware are due to be removed on the 17th.
That will just leave the cessation charge which will not apply if you move to another supplier.

Also just to clarify, once your deferred set up fee has been removed on the date James has stated, you will then move onto a 10 day rolling contract.
I do hope that you are looking to stay with us Smiley
