Before I signed up with Plusnet, I used online chat to ask some questions. I knew I could only sign up in one name but I asked would I be able to an another (my wife) to my account. I was told yes if I contacted CS after signing and everything being connected. Is this so?
Thanks
Thanks

You can nominate her as a authorised contact by raising a ticket - is this what you wanted

That would do I guess. Before moving to Plusnet our BT phone bill came addressed to both of us. Whenever I had to contact them, for a line issue or when I moved from them. I had to confirm that that account was still in my wife's name as she was the original account holder. So I guess I was the authorised contact in that case. So now I'll do as you suggest and and raise a ticket.
