Can i Cancel BT Spor Online?

I have suffered a bereavement recently losing my disabled Son who only watched BT Sport. As i am in my 70s i am not confident over the phone and wondered if i could cancel online?  And with the cost of living crisis i quite simply can't afford it on my pension. I would appreciate anyones advice help with this matter.

Sorry to hear of your loss.

Unfortunately you can’t cancel on line. I have moved this topic to the best board to attract the attention of a member of staff, who will be able to help. They are very busy at the moment so it might be a day or so before you get a reply.
