Can anyone help me re a referral?

One of my current referrals asked could he use his BB for business use so I advised him that he needed to upgrade from a home account to a business account.

He contacted a business rep and they allocated him a new business account, which is now live.

So how do I get his new business accounted added as one of my referrals?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for recommending our business services to one of your referees. We'll need the account holder to contact us to confirm that they were referred to us by you for the business account, as well as the personal account that they had previously. Please can you ask them to get in touch with us on here or alternatively give our business support team a call on 0800 028 0282. If they have your account username to hand, we should be able to get this sorted quickly.
