Hi,
I posted a ticket on Tuesday to ask when my switch from BT Infinity to Plusnet would take place ( I signed up and PAID on 05/11) - Apparently it was 51 Hours to answer, that expired yesterday?
Not too certain I made the right decision at the moment, Bad communication (Well None!) and still no switch?
Hope someone can help or it looks like I'm paying for two concurrent fibre services

Rang up and got my own answer in the end! Turned out the system hadn't placed the order with BT Wholesale/ Openreach. Here's to waiting another 5 - 7 days paying BT rates for Infinity!
Just got a confirmation Text stating that my FTTC migration will take place on the 25/11/2013 so I will end up paying BT an extra £10 more than I would have paid Plusnet if the migration had been done on time

Hi waz101,
Sorry to see that this has been delayed due to no order being placed, I've dropped a ticket on your account(#77261033) which you can view here.
Let us know how you get on or if you have any further questions.

My switch has been put back again to 30/11/2013, that's 25 days after my order was placed, if it isn't moved back again.
I don't need an engineer visit as I'm already on BT infinity, how can all of these delays be justified. If they wait much longer my MAC will expire!
