Can an Admin contact me please, need something checking on my bill!

Ok so this is the breakdown for last months bill,
1 Call charge -                                 10/12/2012                    £76.15
1 Talk Anytime call barring charge - -                                 £5.76
1 Plusnet Extra charge                         10/12/2012 09/01/2013 £17.99
1 Call Plan charge                                 10/12/2012 09/01/2013 £4.00
1 Talk Anytime charge                         10/12/2012 09/01/2013 £13.99
1 Talk Anytime call barring charge       - -                         £5.76
1 Non Direct Debit Processing charge - -                         £1.50
what is the 'talk anytime call barring charge?' and why have i been charged for it twice? Also what is the talk anytime charge at £13.99? could someone run down what all the items are as i thought the 'call plan' was for my anytime calls? i knew what a few are but some have just confused me, especially the one that appears twice. thanks in advance. nikki

also just noticed that my plus net extra broadband has jumped from £11.49 to £17.99, why is this?

At a guess you have exceeded your credit limit (£75 probably) hence the call barring charge - I have no idea why it has been charged twice - http://www.plus.net/support/phone/credit-limit-and-top-ups-guide.shtml
Talk anytime charge is the line rental
Regarding your broadband charge I assume that your exchange is Market 1 http://usertools.plus.net/exchanges/ and that you have just finished your introductory offer (I assume it was for 6 months)

Hi Nikki,
I'll break these down the best I can for you:
Call charge  -  10/12/2012  £76.15
These are charges applied for calls that have been made that are outside of your Call Plan. for example if you were to call an 0871 number, this would be chargeable as it is not covered within the Anytime Calling Plan. If you're unsure about what numbers could have been dialled, you would be best off looking at your <a href="https://portal.plus.net/plustalk/index.php?page=wlr_itemised_billing&view_bill_date=">Itemised Phone bill</a>. (Login required.)

Talk Anytime call barring charge    - £5.76
This is a charge levied if you are to use more than what your 'Credit Limit is set for on your account. Customers with the Anytime Package will have a Credit Limit of £75. This means you can make phone calls outside of your Anytime Package (0871 numbers for example) and spend up to £75 (You can technically exceed this due to the amount of time it takes for our systems to report the amount you have used.) If this amount is exceeded, your calls will be barred and you will be harged £5.76 for this. You do have the option to top your Credit Limit up at any time to prevent this from happening. This is the monthly charge for your Broadband with us.

Call Plan charge  10/12/2012    09/01/2013    £4.00
This is a charge for the Talk Anytime Call Plan you are on, more information on this can be found <a href="http://www.plus.net/support/phone/home-phone-faq.shtml">here</a>

Talk Anytime charge  10/12/2012    09/01/2013    £13.99
This is the charge for your monthly Line Rental

Talk Anytime call barring charge  £5.76
I am a little unsure why you have been charged twice for Call Barring, you'd need to speak to our Support Team on 0800 432 0200 or you can <a href="http://www.plus.net/wizard/">Raise a Ticket</a> The only way I can think that this has happened, is if you have previously topped up your Credit Limit and exceeded it again, however, if this is not the case, please do get in touch. (Login required to Raise a Ticket.)

Non Direct Debit Processing charge    £1.50
This is a charge as you do not have a Direct Debit set up. If you would like to prevent this charge in future, you can set up a Direct Debit <a href="https://portal.plus.net/apps/paymentdetails/manage">here</a>

thanks for clearing that up, as for the increase in broadband price, i have 6 bills on my account and the last 2 i have been charged £17.99, so if it was an introductory offer ive been short changed so to speak. i havent had this months bill through yet, its due on the 10th, that will be my 7th month with Plus net, i must have missed the bit about an introductory offer and my price changing after 6 months, or 4 as it appears in my case  Huh regards, nikki
oh and just to add i havent topped up my credit limit at all, so i have raised a ticket to try and find out why ive been charged twice. thanks.

The introductory offer would have been 3 months which is the standard as far as I remember

If you are prepared to commit to a years contract you could save a little by switching to the new Unlimited account.

i have had another look through my bills and for the last 3 months i have incurred the call barring charge even though i havent been exceeding my call limit? october's bill was £59.68, calls we're only £24.44,  november's total bill was £70.52, calls were £28.78, and obviously december's bill i did actually go over my £75 limit so got the charge but dont understand why ive got it on october and november's bills when i didnt go over ?  Cry
