Can I have a MAC Code please?

In the last 2 weeks I have experienced a combination of poor salesman(and woman)ship from PlusNet, as well as horrendous hold times that are just not reasonable or compatible with family life, I have therefore cancelled my account (after being asked for £30 card payment over the phone) and placed an order with BT for my new property. Could I therefore have a MAC code please, as the most recent agent I talked to was more keen to stress the role of debt collectors and it will save me another 2 hours and 15 minutes on the phone, then to be told the relevant department has closed.

The only ways to obtain a MAC code are to call up or write in.
