Can Anyone Working For Plusnet Actually Help Us !!! ( deadlock letter )

We have been passed from pillar to post ever since we have joined  you guys asking to cancel from the off we have been given a length of contract in which was not advised so that's technically wrong , we have not recieved a contract from you guys thats also wrong and also had faults that have not been fixed but had numerous engineers out , we have brought 4 seperate routers and new wires , wireless and wired and no improvement at all.... we have contacted ofcom who have advised us to ask for a deadlock letter so here i am can anyone actually provide us with one !!!!
