Hello Staff,
I hear you are able to resolve account issues from here without having the need to stay on the phone for up to one hour in order to get through to somebody.
I hope you can resolve my issue related to my account whose email address is registered to my landline telephone number in use.
What I have is this - I appear to get last last number displayed but cannot see the history of the last ten or so numbers that get stored on my phone as history.
I have a Geemarc hearing aid landline phone.
Sometimes I don't get any caller ID telephone showing.
It worries me.
I used to see the history of my phone calls then manually delete them when I was with the Post Office service.
Since joining PlusNet not been the same.
Also when my phone rings my internet cuts out - my modem gives a different colour.
Please staff fix what I have mentioned.
I will consider phoning customer services when not at work.
I will click fixed when problem has been resolved and I hope you can resolve these without me ringing in.

My account email address for PN broadband and landline is the same one used to register myself with this community forum.
