Called three times 50 minute+ waits to cancel

Hi - I'm looking to cancel my service. I've called three times today to be told there was 40-50 minute waits. There is no online chat and no email address available for correspondence.

Please can you (mods) pass this cancellation request to the appropriate department - user: acetaline3

Can I also suggest you provide alternative means for people to give this notice under these circumstances?

Mods are customers like you and me, and have no access to the customer accounts. Even PN staff on here can't accept cancelations or orders. 

Chat is available, however you will need to stop any ad blockers to get it to work.

If you happen to be moving to another supplier - other than Virgin - then you don't need to cancel, your new provider will do it all for you.

Chat is not available, there's a message to that effect and I dont have adblockers on this site.

I'll call again tomorrow and hopefully get a shorter wait or working chat.

If you want to cancel your service the cancellations team can be contacted on the direct number 0800 013 2632. They are open

8am to 8pm Mon to Fri

9am to 7pm Sat

9am to 6pm Sun

You can cancel your account if you call our Customer Options Team on: 0800 013 2632

Their opening hours are between:

Monday to Friday - 8:00am till 8:00pm
Saturday - 9:00am till 7:00pm
Sunday - 9:00am till 6:00pm

They currently have no wait time if you would like to speak with them today.

Alternatively, you can send your request to cancel your services via letter. Let us know if you would prefer to do this and we can provide you with the address.
