Call features incorrect billing

I cancelled the call pack (2 features) on the 25th August and now I'm billed for the call pack AND the caller display which is the only feature I want.
My account shows the correct details but the INVOICE doesn't, so which one will I be billed?
Sent message to support but they don't seem to read the details of the question and answer just that the account shows the correct details.
btw, the invoice shows as fully paid in my account although it hasn't come out of my bank account
Can someone please check this?

Thanks Jojo I guess I'll have to wait for next month's invoice to verify if it's refunded, as the account is showing the correct amounts.
I've had 2 invoices since joining and both times there have been discrepancies between the details on the account and the actual invoice. Isn't there any way of keeping them in line?
