Hi
Thus far, the billing for my PN account seems to introduce new terminology each and every month.
This time, I have: -
Call charge £6.17
along with: -
Plusnet Unlimited (Contracted) - Market 1 charge
Call Plan charge
Plusnet Anytime charge
Offer code discount - 12month299
However, I've never seen a Call Charge item before.
Any idea what this might be ?
Cheers, Dave

@oldjim
Thanks for your reply. Sadly, I'm still confused as my most recent bill shows: -
Billing period: 11/01/2014 to 10/02/2014
Calls: £0.62
Call Features: £0.00
Line Rental: £0.00
Call Plan: £5.00
TOTAL: £5.62
which suggests that I've been charged TWICE for the Call Plan.
Confused.com ?

Hiya,
You are billing up front (ie: 11/01/2014 to 10/02/2014) for your call plan, line rental and features.
You are billed in arrears (11/12/13 to 10/01/14) for your call charges. You'll need to look at the previous month in your itemised bill to see the call charges for this invoice.

@James
Ah, OK, so I've got £5.55 for the period 11 December to 10 January and £0.62 for the period 11 January to 10 February, which comes to £6.17 - which is what the Cal Charge amounts to.
So that makes some sense.
Only small "whinge" is that the From column for the Call Charge row is left unpopulated - if it'd said 11/12/2013, I'd have been clearer.
Ah well, c'est la vie.
Thanks for helping out ( likewise thanks to @oldjim for providing part of the puzzle ).
Cheers, Dave
