Call Plan change - Date of activation

Hi, I upgraded to unlimited anytime calls but I'm not sure the date of activation. Is it right away or next billing date? The email I got was a bit confusing. I would prefer it activate right away.

Welcome to the forums, @paulie22 This type of change will occur on your next billing date.

@paulie22

I agree with @jab1 that the standard practice is that the change over occurs at the next billing date. However if I remember correctly, when working from home started back in March? reading posts where a helpful staffer arranged for it to start straight away.

Yes, one such was @plusnettony . Having referenced him with the '@' he'll get an alert when he's next logged in.

Re: Call Plan change - Date of activation

Unfortunately I'm often not around the forums as much as I'd like these days.

More of a problem is that I am remote working and can't do part of the process (take a partial fee) from my current location. Sorry about that.
