Call Plan Charge Query

I'm coming to the end of my contract so i've been checking what's available - and have come across an anomaly in my call plan charge.

Back on 10/4/2015, i was being charged £8 per month, however, on the 24/09/2015 it increased to £9 per month.

Checking the current offers, i noticed it was £8, so checked at https://www.plus.net/help/legal/residential-phone-tariffs/#broadband-price-guide which also states £8.

Does this mean i've been overcharge £1 per month for the last year? If not, why the discrepancy?

Re: Call Plan Charge Query

The charges you've mentioned seem correct, it doesn't look like you've been over charged.

Previously we offered Anytime calls at £6 per month and a mobile minutes add-on for £3 per month.

As of 01/09/16 we no longer offer these as separate packages/add-ons and instead of being £6 for the Anytime call plan, we offer the package you have linked (Unlimited UK & Mobile calls) which also includes mobile calls.
