I have been reviewing my mother-in-laws recent bills to see if she would save money by having a call plan. In doing so, I noticed that for some of the numbers she calls regularly, sometimes these are charged and other times not.
If someone from Plusnet responds to this post I could PM them with more details of the numbers called, dates and times, and which calls were charged and which had zero charge, and her account name or phone number. As this is a public forum I am naturally reluctant to publish the details here.
If only the ticket system was available, I could log in to her account (with her knowledge and permission since I have been set up with authorisation), which would be much easier.
