Joined Plusnet on 9th April 2018 but have not yet recieved my cashback e mail despite several calls.

Could someone check please.

Hi Julian

When I signed up my plusnet account last week it asked me if anyone referred me, so they could get a discount for the referral

I used you as a referral (julianwebb). Did it work? It should show up in the "My Referrals" section of the member centre.

If this hasn't worked, it's possible that @julianwebb's forum name is different to their actual account username as forum members do not have to be phone/broadband/mobile customers to join here and users are not restricted to have the same username for the account as their forum login.
