Ca,nt renew contract ( going round in circles )

Got an email from plusnet.

It said as I have been with plusnet a few years they have a special offer for me.

" I can have Unlimited Broadband and phone for £21.99'

So I c!ick...sign up now....

Get to a page with all the details and to "Start your order" I c Iick that

Get to a page " Sign into members centre" I click

Get to a page that said " renew your contract " I click that

And it takes me back to the" start your order " page

And so it goes on, round and round from page to page in a circle.

Not getting to a page to renew contract.

If YOU think it's baffling so do I

Any help Admin?

Re: Ca,nt renew contract ( going round in circles )

Personally I would not renew on line.  I would instead contact COTS and see what deals you can wangle.  Sometimes better deals are to be had by chatting nicely to the person on the other end of the phone.
