I'M SURE I MUST BE STUPID! I mean, a company that requires people to pay their bills wouldn't make it impossible to pay a bill, would they? I had to change our direct debit details. Because of the timing, it meant one bill was unpaid. Its only £28 but I want it paid! So why don't PlusNet want to take my money! I have followed the links on e-mails they have sent me-kindly pointing out that I need to pay the bill- but nothing works! I have scoured the site looking for details on how to pay the outstanding £28!! Can ANYONE PLEASE HELP?
