I have been waiting on my £75 reward card email and called customer services to ask where it was only to be told plusnet had already sent me the email link and it was now expired. I explained to the advisor I had not received an email but all he would say was it was now expired and I would not be getting any £75 reward card.
I did not receive the email with the link to claim and I feel like I have been scammed, please be aware of this, Currently been waiting over an hour to customer services to try and resolve this, will let you know how I get on.
