Hi
I just ordered this and at the end when I completed the order it said I would need a new viewing card? I did enter my current viewing card number, is this just a mistake or?

Apologies for that message popping up.
You'll not need a new Viewing Card - a ticket has been dropped to our BT Sport Team who'll pick this up and get the service provisioned within 48 hours.

Hi Chris,
I have just had a very similar experience to the OP... Can you please see if I need a new viewing card or not as this may well screw up my plans to watch the MotoGP this weekend
