Broken Billing Web Page. "Sorry, we are not able to complete this request at the moment.."

Is the Billing Web Page Broken?

I get:

"Sorry, we are not able to complete this request at the moment.."

 

Also under Phone

https://www.plus.net/member-centre/phone

All the invoices "More Details" are grey and clicking them does nothing.

 

Its been like this all day. I would have thought this would be a priority to fix?

So this is still broken. I've also checked on a mobile device and its broken there too. So its not my end.

 

I'm wondering how I can go back to a paper copy and then posted?

I'm sorry for the issues with viewing your bills online. I've checked your account and it seems to be working fine this side. Could you try opening up the webpage in private browsing mode (or incognitio if you use Chrome)?

Also it may be worth clearing cookies and cache from the web browser's settings.

Thanks for looking, but I've tried the following:

 

Laptop 1

  • Internet explorer 
  • Internet explorer - Private Browsing Session: 
  • Chrome
  • Chrome Incognito

 

Ipad:

  • Safari

 

New Cloud Server - Windows 10 

  • Internet explorer 
  • Internet explorer - Private Browsing Session: 
  • Chrome
  • Chrome Incognito

 

All with the same error message:

  • Sorry, we are not able to complete this request at the moment, please try again later.

 

Does it try to load a plugin?

Could it be the account?
