Broadband

I was wondering what options I have.
I am no longer living or with the person at the property where my broadband is active.
I no longer wish to pay for this service.

Are you the named person on the account?

 

If so try phoning the PlusNet Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632

 Choices are to leave it as it is, continuing to pay for the service, move the service to another property or cancel and pay any early termination charges.

As suggested, ring Plusnet.

These were the choices I was given when I called. I have decided to cancel the contract and settle the early repayment fees.
