Broadband usage

My broadband usage stats are now 6 days out of date, with partial data on Wednesday and Thursday this last week.
Any news on when this is going to be fixed?

The latest information in the service status posts on the portal is here or the archive here. How soon usage information catches up presumably depends on whether the software changes mentioned were successful, but it looks like it will be into next week.

but the good news for you is that the unloaded old data is getting dumped, you wont be charged

its not fair, my billing date yesterday, and I had to restrict SWMBO to keep under my 10G, got up to 9.6 and had all my usage from last month added then this announcement today
