Broadband usage showing zero

Why is there no broadband usage against  my account for the last six days.  I do not want it estimated as circumstances have changed this month, Ammy

Ammy, the account your community username links to seems to be a non-broadand account, hence no usage is recorded against that. I'm hazarding a guess that you're checking the same one, could you perhaps drop me a PM with the telephone number your broadband service is listed against please?

Hi - it's the same with me. I have been with you for over a year and suddenly there is no recorded broadband useage against my account. It is the same account and phone number it has always been. Can you have a look please?

Usage was logged from 21st  December to 8th January then suddenly stopped despite no change in my  plan Ammy

Just to clarify Ammy do you have a broadband connection? if so could you PM me the telephone number of the line that service is connected to please?

I just checked my broadband usage in my account as i went over last month and dont want a repeat and today and yesterday is showing as zero, despite being online all day and the few days before that are showing low amounts, im a bit worried about now using to much and getting a shock when it all appears?
